Abdallah Al-Hassan Ahmad

Brigadier General Abdallah Al-Hassan Ahmad (Rtd), a seasoned Security/Intelligence officer retired from the Nigerian Army on July 16, 2007 after 34 years of service (NDA 14 RC). He holds a Master Degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan. He is an alumnus of Harvard University, Kennedy School and Manchester Business School (MBS) to mention a few.
General has served the nation as an intelligence/Security officer at various levels, which includes UN service at Lebanon, Iran and as the ChiefMilitary Intelligence Officer of the mission in Somalia.
Tope Adefokun
Chief Executive Director
Prior to setting up HealthSpecs Limited, he led the team that partnered with Interswitch for 2 years for Interswitch to sell his Hospital Management Solution. He was the Head of IT and later became Production Manager in Electronic Payplus Limited where he managed the production and personalization of Debit Cards for banks. Prior to his work experience in Electronic Payplus Limited, he was the IT Manager in Chams PLC where he worked on various Government projects.
Tope previously served as the Group Head, Electronics Medical Records for the Hygeia Lagoon Hospitals Group. Tope has a Bachelor degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from The University of Lagos.
Gbenga Zoawe
Executive Director
He was part of the team that partnered with Interswitch on the sale of Hospital Management Solution to Hospitals as the Implementation and Support Manager throughout the period. He successfully implemented the software for a number of hospitals.
In the period of his career, He has worked with a couple of transaction Switching and Payment Card production companies where he successfully managed various projects.
Gbenga Bagged his Bachelor degree from the Department of Animal Production and Health from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
Kunle Omidiora
Director
He is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Lagoon Hospitals’ Group with a corporate career of over 15 years. He is a proven IT Consultant with expertise and deep experience in Healthcare Information Technology, from strategy to implementation.
He is a Chartered Information Technology Professional (CITP) of the UK Chartered Institute for IT and also holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology.
In the last 10 years, he has been responsible for designing the Information Technology technical architecture in Hygeia Nigeria Limited, the operators of Lagoon Hospitals and Hygeia HMO Lagos Nigeria.
From 2005 to 2006, he implemented the Lagoon Hospitals’ state of the art telemedicine network center that was commissioned by President Olusegun Obasanjo.
Kunle later trained with Apollo Telemedicine Network Foundation (ATNF), in Apollo Hospitals Group, Chennai, India where he gained experience in managing telemedicine network infrastructure.
He has been responsible for the implementation of cutting-edge solutions for healthcare such as FACTS (Fully Automated Claims Transaction Systems), the Enterprise Resource Application for managing the operations of Hygeia HMO and recently the deployment of Electronic Medical Records Systems and Miracle Hospital Information Systems at Lagoon Hospitals
